Warranty conditions:

  1. With this warranty, M SAN Grupa, as a warranty provider in the Republic of Croatia, guarantees a free repair of the same in accordance with the applicable regulations and in accordance with the conditions described in this warranty card.
    With this warranty, we guarantee that the subject of this warranty will work without errors caused by possible poor workmanship or poor materials. Any malfunctions that may occur will be repaired free of charge in an authorized service center within the warranty period.
  2. GUARANTEE TERMS: The warranty period starts from the day of product purchase and lasts 12 months, and 24 months for the television .
  3. In the event of a defect in the product that is the subject of this warranty, we undertake to repair it as soon as possible, and within 45 days at the latest. If the product cannot be repaired or is not repaired within 45 days, it will be replaced with a new one. The warranty will be extended for the duration of the repair.
  4. The warranty is recognized only with the purchase invoice, and with this warranty card, which must be filled out correctly, i.e. it must contain the date of sale, stamp and signature of the seller.
  5. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
  6. Regular checking, maintenance with the replacement of parts that are worn out by normal use, adjustment or changes to improve the product for applications that are not described in the technical instructions for use, unless the consent of M SAN GRUPA doo has been presented for these changes
  7. The guarantee is not recognized in the following cases :
  • If the customer does not present the correct warranty card and purchase receipt.
  • If the customer did not follow the instructions on how to use the product.
  • If the product has been opened, modified or repaired by an unauthorized person.
  • If product defects are caused by force majeure such as: lightning strikes, electric shocks in the electrical network, natural disasters and the like. If the defects were caused by damage due to improper use or improper use

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:

  1. The warranty period starts from the day of product purchase and lasts 24 months , except for models ACP-xxxxCCxxxxx, ACP-xxxxCTxxxxx, ACP-xxxxDTxxxxx, ACP-xxxxCFxxxxx, ACP-xxxxFSxxxxx, HPM-xxCHxxAERI, HPS-xxCHxxAERI  for which a 12-month warranty is valid.
  2. The warranty on the devices in use is extended for the next 12 months after the warranty service inspection by the authorized service.
  3. Jamstvo se može produljivati ukupno tri puta, osim modela ACP-xxxxCCxxxxx,

Ako su kvarovi na proizvodu nastali djelovanjem više sile kao što su: udar groma, strujni udari u električnoj mreži elementarne nepogode i slično.
Montažom, servisnim pregledom ili popravkom VIVAX klima uređaja od strane neovlaštenog servisa, radionice ili treće osobe, kupac VIVAX klima uređaja gubi pravo na jamstvo.
Ovim jamstvom nisu obuhvaćene neispravnosti koje bi nastale zbog nepažljivog ili nestručnog rukovanja, zbog nepoštivanja uputa proizvođača for handling, i.e. due to any circumstances not attributable to fault device manufacturing.
